Alamo Animation makes use of the Raptr chat client -
This program allows you to view all friends online through any network - including the PSN, Xbox Live, PC, Steam, Facebook, Aim, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, etc. It also sends messages cross-platform.
It's a very easy way to keep in touch. yes it includes an iPhone version.
